Acceptable Use Policy

The behaviour required of everyone using the platform, and what happens when the rules are broken.

Petrazim Solutions Ltd · Lagos, Nigeria · Last updated 17 September 2026

1. Principles

The platform is a professional workplace. Use it lawfully, respect the material, respect other learners and facilitators, and keep your access to yourself.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing sign-in credentials, seat codes or promotional codes outside the licensed organisation.
  • Recording, screen-scraping, bulk-downloading, republishing or reselling programme content, decks, recaps or assessments.
  • Uploading malicious code, or probing, scanning, load-testing or attempting to bypass authentication, access gates or payment checks.
  • Submitting content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy.
  • Entering other people's sensitive personal data — health, financial account or identity document details — into journals, proposals or free-text fields.
  • Impersonating staff, facilitators or another learner, or misusing trainer, manager or administrator functions.
  • Disrupting facilitator sessions or community channels, or using them to advertise unrelated products.
  • Automated access to the AI tutor, coach, narration or recap features beyond normal personal study.

3. Community channels

Our Telegram and WhatsApp channels follow the same rules. Daily content is for participants only and should not be forwarded outside your organisation. Leaving a channel is always allowed and never affects your learning access.

4. Enforcement

We respond proportionately: a warning for minor issues, suspension of the account or seat for serious ones, and termination without refund for unlawful activity, content theft or security attacks. Where a corporate client is involved, we notify its administrator. Unlawful activity may be reported to the authorities.

Report a concern to petrazim.solutions@gmail.com. Include what you saw and when, so we can act quickly.
