Cookie and Tracking Policy

The small number of cookies and local storage keys the platform uses, and how to control them.

1. What we use and why

  • Strictly necessary: authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. Without these the platform cannot work, so they are always on.
  • Preferences: local storage keys that remember your theme, whether you have joined a community channel, your onboarding state and your cookie choice.
  • Learning data: local storage holding your progress, streaks, review schedule, journal entries and bonus credits on your own device, so study works offline.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: privacy-respecting service metrics and error reports used to keep the platform reliable. These load only after you accept, and stay off if you decline.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks, and we do not sell any of this data.

2. Your choice

On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow optional analytics and diagnostics. Accepting or declining is recorded on your device and applies until you change it. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie choice control at the bottom of this page.

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent access; clearing site storage removes local progress that has not been exported.

3. Third-party services

Payment pages, Google sign-in, YouTube video embeds and meeting rooms are operated by those providers and set their own cookies once you open them. Video embeds are loaded only when you choose to reveal them, and are requested with a restricted referrer policy.
