Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA, the accessibility features already built in, known gaps and how to ask for help.

1. Our commitment

We want every professional to be able to complete this programme. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and design with the Americans with Disabilities Act and equivalent duties in mind. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement, not an afterthought.

2. What is already in place

  • Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate each page.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus ring on every interactive control and a command palette on Ctrl or Command plus K.
  • Light and dark themes that follow your system setting, with colour contrast checked against AA thresholds.
  • Spoken narration of module stages in a male or female voice, so content can be listened to rather than read.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled buttons and icons, and status messages announced rather than shown by colour alone.
  • Layouts that reflow to small screens and support browser zoom without loss of content.
  • Written session recaps and downloadable material, so live sessions can be reviewed in text.

3. Known limitations

  • Embedded third-party videos rely on the provider's own player and captions, which we do not control.
  • A few interactive games depend on timing or drag interactions; if one blocks you, tell us and we will provide an alternative way to complete the pillar.
  • Generated PDF certificates are visual documents; we supply a text or verification-code alternative on request.

4. Feedback and assistance

If any part of the platform blocks you, write to petrazim.solutions@gmail.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and to offer a workable alternative while we fix the underlying issue.
